Meet our Board Members

Bethmia is run by a 4-member board of directors that includes a businessman, a nursing clinician, a computer specialist, and the CEO who is also the visionary and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. They provide policy, leadership and oversight. They are dedicated to Bethmia’s mission to provide individuals and families the “opportunity to live life to the fullest.”

Mojisola A. Ayorinde

Mojisola A. Ayorinde (the visionary), PMHNP-BC

President/CEO

Mojisola is the founder and visionary behind Bethmia Foundation. A psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), she transitioned from literature to science, earning her GED, CNA license, and nursing degrees (ASN and BSN). Her passion for mental health was ignited during her early roles as a CNA and direct support professional (DSP), where she worked with patients with developmental disabilities and autism. Mojisola is deeply committed to destigmatizing mental illness and providing compassionate, dignified care. She believes mental health deserves the same attention as physical health and has dedicated her career to empowering individuals with mental illnesses to live fulfilling lives.

James Gboyega Delano

James Gboyega Delano, MBA, CPA, ACA, FCIM

Chairman

James is a global business leader with extensive experience in finance, marketing, and management. He holds an MBA in International Business and an MA in Finance and Investment, along with a background in theology from Oxford University. With decades of experience working with multinational companies across multiple continents, he has been recognized as Minority Businessman of the Year in Chicago and received a Congressional Certificate for community service. James is also a philanthropist, founding the WAI Foundation to address food and water insecurity in Africa. He brings strategic leadership and global expertise to Bethmia Foundation.

Josephine Omilabu

Josephine Omilabu, RN, BSN

Medical Director

Josephine is a registered nurse with a passion for patient care and mentorship. Starting as a certified nurse assistant, she advanced to become a registered nurse and now contributes to the nursing profession through teaching and mentoring future nurses. Known for her compassionate bedside manner and ability to connect with patients and families, Josephine is dedicated to improving healthcare delivery. She also enjoys volunteering in her community and spending time with loved ones. Her commitment to nursing excellence and education aligns with Bethmia’s mission.

Bailey Arohunmolase

Bailey Arohunmolase, CCNA, CISA

IT Director

Bailey is an IT expert and CEO of AFBC Group Inc., with a passion for leveraging technology to improve lives. He specializes in networking and has worked with Fortune 500 companies, bringing valuable experience to manage the technological infrastructure of Bethmia Foundation. Bailey is also focused on re-engineering the health sector through innovation. A family-oriented and goal-driven individual, he is committed to supporting the foundation’s mission using his technical expertise and leadership skills.

Patroness

Mrs Margaret Oshinowo is presently employed as a nursing administrator at South Shore Hospital Chicago. She ensure that patients receive the best medical care possible, providing patient safety, making sure that all their needs are addressed, coordinating staffing, and overseeing the activities of well trained medical staff . She’s an ordained minister, and an assistant pastor dedicated in the service to God , the church, and humanity. A philanthropist, and a founder of Marglimar Humanitarian Initiative- a non profit organization. Touching and transforming lives. Empowering women , widows, orphans, less privileged, poor, and aged in Africa .

She holds a BA in Theology and Psychology from DePaul University. A BS in nursing and MS in social work. A honorary doctorate degree in biblical studies from Kingdom Life Christian University . She was a chairperson Board of Trustees at Cohesive Communities Development Initiative from June 2017 to 2019. She was elevated to a Vice Chancellor and one of the Board of directors of Kingdom life Christian University 2019 through 2021
